At Stew-Art915, I take pride in delivering artwork safely, promptly, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped, and what to expect if issues arise.

📦 Processing & Dispatch

• Original Artwork & Commissions: Orders are shipped within 24 hours of completion.

• Prints: Printed reproductions are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item is on its way.

🌍 Shipping Methods & Locations

• All items are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service.

• Shipping is available to UK and international addresses.

• Delivery times vary by location:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

💥 Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Contact me within 24 hours of delivery at commissions@stew-art915.com

• Include photos of the damage and packaging

• I will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Original artwork and commissions are eligible for refund only if damaged in transit.

• Printed copies are non-refundable, unless damaged.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
