Welcome to Stew-Art915. By purchasing artwork, commissioning a piece, or accessing this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you as a customer and me as the artist.

🎨 Commissions

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to begin any commissioned work. This covers the sketch phase and initial concept development.
Cancellation: You may cancel during the sketch phase. Any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded. Once the final artwork begins, cancellations are not accepted.
Final Approval: Once the artwork is completed and approved, it is non-refundable.
Alterations: Minor changes may be requested during the sketch phase. No changes can be made after final approval.

🖼️ Original Artwork & Prints

Shipping: Artwork ships within 24 hours of completion. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Damage on Delivery: If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened packaging and damage.
Return Shipping: I will cover return shipping costs for damaged items.
Printed Copies: All printed reproductions of artwork are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.

💻 Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

💳 Payments

Payments are accepted via secure checkout methods provided on the website.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
Full payment is required before final delivery of commissioned or purchased artwork.

📜 Copyright & Usage

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Stew-Art915 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any artwork or digital files without written permission.
Commissioned pieces may be shared on my website or social media unless you request privacy.
