Thank you for supporting Stew-Art915. Every piece of art is created with care, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is my refund and returns policy for original artwork, commissions, and digital downloads.

🎨 Commissions

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to begin commissioned work. This covers the sketch phase and initial concept development.

  • Completed Commissions: Once the final artwork is completed and approved, it is non-refundable.

🖼️ Original Artwork & Prints

  • Damage on Delivery: If your artwork arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement commission at no extra cost.

  • Return Shipping: I will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.

  • Request Timeframe: You must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the artwork to request a refund or replacement.

đź’» Digital Downloads

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
